Karmindev Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Luminance AI Image Generator application ("the App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
Luminance is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically:
All AI image generation happens entirely on your device using Apple's Core ML framework. Your prompts are processed locally and never transmitted to any server. Generated images remain on your device at all times and are never uploaded anywhere.
If you choose to save a generated image to your photo library, the App requests permission to add photos only. We cannot read or access any existing photos in your library. This permission is entirely optional — you can use the App without granting it.
If you grant notification permission, Luminance uses it only to notify you when image generation is complete. Notifications are delivered locally on your device. No notification data is transmitted to any server, and we have no access to notification content.
In-app subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information, billing details, or Apple ID. All subscription management, billing, and receipt verification is handled by Apple. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple handles payment data.
Since we collect no data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. All app data (gallery images, settings, usage counters) is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time by clearing app data in Settings or uninstalling the App.
The App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us — though we have no mechanism to receive such information.
