Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Luminance AI Image Generator application operated by Karmindev Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Luminance, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Luminance on your personal Apple device solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to extract or replicate the AI model

3. Ownership of Generated Images

Images you generate using Luminance are yours. You own the output images and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated images may be similar to or derivative of training data, and you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use Luminance to generate:

• Content that is illegal under applicable law
• Content that depicts or sexualizes minors
• Content intended to harass, threaten, or defame individuals
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others

The App includes safety filters to prevent the generation of harmful content.

5. Subscriptions

Luminance Pro is offered as a monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly ($19.99/year) auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your expectations. AI generation results are non-deterministic and may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karmindev Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
